This year's holiday coffee comes from Mexico. Los Milagros from Chiapas, located in southern Mexico near the Guatemalan border. The coffee has a good body and balance with caramel and chocolate notes. The fruitiness is not overpowering and resembles blackberries. There is a lingering and delightful aftertaste of gingerbread spices.
