"Súr lifrarpylsa" is Icelandic for "sour liver sausage," a traditional Icelandic dish made from lamb liver and suet, along with oats, flour, and seasonings.

Liver (26%); lamb and beef liver (from Iceland), fat, water, rye flour, wheat flour, soy protein, potato flour, oatmeal, salt, whey.
